A Day in Your Yoga Retreat

MORNING

We will begin the retreat with a tour of Xinalani and Yoga Orientation to set a powerful intention to prepare you for the transformative experience you are embarking on. Wake up with tea or coffee and sit quietly to journal or hang out in a hammock listening to the waves and watching the sunrise. Cornelius will lead you through a morning invigorating flow practice class that will align you with your inner best for the day.  Morning practice will be followed by Training Session 1 of Yoga Sculpt. Both, practice and session 1 will be held at the Hot Yoga Studio.

Enjoy a healthy breakfast and then free time for whatever your heart desires. There are plenty onsite and offsite activities and adventures to be enjoyed making of each day an exceptionally unique experience.

AFTERNOON

Lunch will be healthy and planned to your needs with healthy gourmet vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods inspired by delicious traditional Mexican recipes.

After lunch chose to spend your time relaxing in your personal hammock, receiving a massage, enjoying one of the many optional eco adventure excursions or on the beach connecting with like-minded fellow yogis. Enjoy optional afternoon hiking to a beach town and to nearby waterfalls.  Swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, beach walks are always available at your leisure on Xinalani’ s private beach.

EVENING

Yoga Sculpt Training Session 2 will be held for three hours each late afternoon/evening at the Jungle Studio. A magnificent palm-thatched roofed temple situated on a hilltop with dramatic ocean views. The Jungle Studio is Xinalani’ s most awe-inspiring yoga studio. You will have many options to end your evening with. Meditation and stretch sessions will be held nightly by the sea and anyone who wants to join is welcome. There is also a Lounge bar in the heart of Xinalani, down the mountain and near the beach. It’s the perfect place to enjoy music and meet new people, or simply relax and watch the world go by.
